Case and Dial: The watch features a 39.7 mm stainless steel case with a thickness of 14 mm and a lug-to-lug measurement of 47 mm. It boasts a black dial equipped with a small seconds sub-dial, a 30-minute recorder, a 12-hour recorder, and a central chronograph hand. The dial is shielded by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. 
Bezel: A black fixed tachymeter bezel encircles the dial, maintaining the Speedmaster's iconic design. 
Strap: The timepiece is presented on a brown leather strap with a tang buckle, complementing its vintage aesthetic. The strap has a lug width of 19 mm. 
Case Back: The solid case back is engraved with the original 1962 Seahorse emblem and the inscription "The First Omega in Space," underscoring its historical significance. 
Movement: Powering the FOiS is Omega's Caliber 1861, a manual-winding chronograph movement renowned for its reliability and precision. This movement has a power reserve of approximately 48 hours.
