The 5216R-001 has a rose gold case with an opaline silver dial. It has a new, slightly larger case inspired by the celebrated 1930s Calatrava Ref. 96 models. It is driven by the time-tested manual winding Caliber R TO 27 PS QR with its 48-hour power reserve. The watch's tourbillon is visible on the bridge side.
